We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was great, had stunning location to call the Staff to pick you up from the nearby roundabout. The food was freshly made, with a wide array of options. Location: the venue was near to most tourist spots as well as car park. It was good to be 2 km away from Giraffe Stop, serving short-orders🙂

Appreciated our well-appointed and immaculate rooms in this place.
Everything was simply wonderful. Came here for 4 days, the hotel was stunningly beautiful, it had absolutely perfect location near to Marrakesh as well as the main square Jenaa el Fna. Everyone was excellent and reasonably good. A lot of food for breakfast, it was excellent!

The Riad was in a great location- very easy to walk to all main sites. The Riad was perfect, really calm and peaceful after all the hustle and bustle! Great little pool for relaxing and clean and spacious bedrooms. The staff were extremely helpful, on arrival they talked us through all the main attractions and how to get to them, and there was always someone around to answer any questions or offer advice. We ate at the Riad one night and the food was lovely- nice homely Moroccan food, and lots of it! I would recommend staying here!

The staff are amazing, very friendly and kind. They make you feel at home and give you good tips about what to do and where to go in Marrakech. The food is delicious, freshly made, very tasty and in a very big portion.
The only thing we were not satisfied with was the lights in the room (number 4), it wasn't bright enough especially in the shower, quite dark.

The Riad Palmier overall was excellent, the Manager was excellent, tea was served right away, after that a description of the area was given and the recommendations on where to go eat where great. The staff also very helpful they even picked up some bus tickets for us at the bus station saving us a trip there. The location of the Riad was very close to where the taxi dropped us off which is a bonus, I saw some riads that where very far from any street that a taxi could get in. Also the location was only 10 minute walk to the main square. The rooms were nice, hot water, a/c, tv all worked. The roof top was also very relaxing; we had breakfast served here and also wine in the afternoons. I would definitely stay at Riad Palmier when I come back to Marrakesh.

The staff were so friendly +helpful. Having never stayed in a riad before we were not sure what to expect, but we weren't disappointed, it was very comfortable and beautifully set out with all the rooms looking onto a small outdoor pool, which was lit by candles at night. The breakfast was served at any time in the morning and we were told that we could have anything we wanted. We ate dinner in the riad one night and it was the best meal of the week. We will go back there again at some point.

The riad is beautiful - rooms are cozy and comfortable, pool is bigger than I expected and the riad itself is really peaceful and well decorated. It is great to have breakfast in one of the balconies or by the pool enjoying the sun and the quietness opposed to the rush of Marrakesh. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. We had dinner in the riad once and the food is great. Also, totally safe to leave all your belongings. Regarding location, it's a 15min walk to the main square and it's really close (5min) to a couple of other places of interest (Badi Palace and Bahia Palace). It is also right next to Ferblantiers square, which has a couple of places to eat.
To say something, in case the riad is full, probably it is not great to stay at the rooms (or room, I think it's only one) on the lower ground. You get less privacy and more noise (e.g. people having breakfast in the morning by the pool).
